Summary

Two sisters' faces and their fates change when they got into a car accident.

Ruby (Lee So Yeon) and Luna (Lim Jung Eun) got into a car accident. They were given facial plastic surgery due to the damage from the car accident. Luna put on Ruby's ring during the accident. The doctors claimed that the one wearing the ring is Ruby who is actually Luna and they end up having different faces after the surgery. The two sisters' fates are switched.
